With three children aged 11, 13 and 15 the need to be present for them, whilst also being a supportive wife while my husband runs our business and then being a senior manager in a highly demanding role can be a juggle at times. There have been moments where I felt my career was over or on hold until the kids left home. Being provided the opportunity to work not only part time but flexibly allowed me to take my dream job and rekindle my passion for my own career. I absolutely love what I do and having an employer that values my contribution and allows me to be my whole self means the absolute world to me.
