For me, success is being able to show up and be at my best for my clients and Russell McVeagh, while still being able to show up and be my best for my daughter at her first day of kindergarten. It's helping to normalise different pathways for women to be successful in our industry, while still having the energy at the end of the day for lounge room dance parties with my two-year-old. There are two key ingredients that have been essential for me:

1. learning to be confident in myself and the contribution I'm making, both at work and at home; and
2. having the unwavering support of an incredible team around me – at work, my amazing colleagues and, at home, my ever-supportive husband and mum.
