I’m proud of the joy I get both from working in the PR industry and from being a mum to two young girls . Having the ability to structure my role so I can work four days means I can have a day for quality time with my children, which is really important to me. Balancing both being a mum and working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry is certainly not easy but having flexibility around my days and hours helps. Your perspective changes when you become a mum and I strongly believe this has only helped with my growth as a communications professional and Manager of a large team. By having flexible work policies we enable more parents to work, which leads to better workplaces.
