It's crucial for the wellbeing of our whole society that there are meaningful roles that can be done part-time. We're all missing out on the talent of millions of people, otherwise. For me, as both a disabled person and a mother, flexible and part-time working is absolutely necessary, and I'm continually grateful that I work for a progressive, thoughtful organisation that embraces me and what I have to offer.
